5 rituals to care for your emotions

1. To sleep better

Inside your current pillowcase, put a little lemon balm or fennel, in sufficient quantity so that the smell is perceived, without being annoying. Before going to bed, take a shower of warm water. Keep the line of thought as positive as possible. Turn off all electronic devices. With this ritual, you will go to bed in a quieter state of mind.
